Irish College Leuven offers an exceptional heritage venue for high-level education programmes, conferences, and events in the heart of Leuven. As a member of the Flanders Heritage Venue Network, the College combines historic charm with contemporary conference facilities.

The residential campus accommodates up to 130 guests in en suite rooms, while the Grand Auditorium hosts up to 220 participants. Eight versatile meeting rooms support a range of formats, from executive meetings to international conferences.

Bespoke catering is available for all events, created in collaboration with trusted local partners and featuring seasonal, locally sourced produce. A landscaped garden offers a serene setting for reflection and informal exchange throughout the event.

Irish College Leuven is fully accessible, with ground-floor reception, conference rooms, auditorium, dining, and accommodation, while upper floors are served by two passenger lifts. Our staff have received specialized accessibility training, reflecting our commitment to an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors.

The Grand Auditorium

Irish College Leuven's Grand Auditorium is a unique space, as its historic 18th-century chapel has been converted into a modern multi-purpose conference venue. The Grand Auditorium is available for large conferences, concerts and banquet dinners. Designed with retractable seating, the space can be arranged according to the needs of the conference organiser. The facility is equipped with a projector, screen, audio visual equipment, translation booths, WiFi and internet access.

Lecture and Conference Rooms

Irish College Leuven has a selection of conference and meeting rooms for all occasions. These can be used for single or multiple purposes, for workshops, breakouts, meetings, or classes. The bright and spacious conference rooms overlook the beautifully landscaped gardens. The rooms vary in size but can be adapted and laid out in any variation that suits the needs of the organiser. All rooms are fully equipped with projector, screen, audiovisual equipment and internet connection points. WIFI is available in all meeting rooms as well as the public foyer area.

Garden and Terraces

Within the grounds of Irish College Leuven there is an expansive landscaped garden with overlooking terraces. The garden area of 10,000 square meters can be explored freely during the day. The terraces provide an opportunity for groups to host outdoor receptions and dining experiences as part of their programme, conference, meeting, or event at the College. The beautiful surroundings of the garden provide the perfect backdrop for events.
